The Vetus GD1000 gas detector is designed to detect the presence of flammable gases and carbon monoxide in environments such as boats and yachts. In case of detection, it automatically activates safety measures.

Key Features

Detected Gases: Propane, butane, methane, ethanol, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and flammable gases contained in LPG.
Alarm System: An acoustic (audible) alarm and LED warning are activated when gas is detected.
Control Capability: If connected to the system, it activates the blower (fan/ventilator) and closes the gas valve when gas is detected. The blower and valve can also be manually opened and closed.
Power Consumption: Consumes 2mA in standby mode, 20mA at 12V, and 10mA at 24V during continuous operation.
Power Warning: Issues an alarm when the operating voltage drops.
